Our zirconium products are made of α-Al2O3, partially stabilized zirconium dioxide and zirconium corundum clinker as raw materials, which are mixed, molded, dried, and fired at high temperature in shuttle kiln. The product has a dense crystal structure, high bulk density, high bulk density, high mechanical strength at room temperature and high temperature, good thermal shock stability, re-firing shrinkage and high temperature creep is small, and has a very high chemical stability and resistance to alkaline media erosion and other characteristics. Dense zircon bricks are mainly used in sodium-calcium glass kiln middle layer bricks, arch bricks, etc.; zircon bricks are mainly used in large-scale glass kiln melting pool, picture tube kiln, heat storage room wall bricks, as well as chemical and metallurgical industry kilns subject to solution erosion parts. The external dimensions, physical and chemical indexes and service life of the products have reached or exceeded the level of similar products at home and abroad.
