High purity corundum bricks are made of imported plate corundum, high purity electrofused corundum and calcined alpha alumina as the main raw materials, applying advanced ultra-micro-powder pulverizing equipment, after mixing, molding, drying, and calcined at high temperature in tunnel kiln. High-purity corundum bricks are characterized by high refractoriness, good thermal shock stability, abrasion resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, small coefficient of expansion, low creep, and resistance to spalling, etc., and are suitable for use in high-temperature kilns under various environmental conditions; high-purity corundum bricks are widely used in high-temperature sintering of zirconia ceramics, electronic ceramics, magnetic materials, ceramic powders, and in high-temperature sintering of products such as petrochemical industry gasification furnaces, synthetic ammonia two-stage conversion furnaces, carbon black reactor furnaces, and high-temperature furnaces for the glass industry.
