📋 Product Overview
Sintered Zirconia Corundum Bricks are manufactured from imported high-purity raw materials, fused materials, ultra-fine powders, and composite admixtures through high-pressure forming and high-temperature sintering processes. ZrO₂ content ranges from 16%-41% covering the complete series specifications, also known as ceramic-bonded aluminosilicon zirconium bricks. Compared with fused cast zirconia corundum bricks, sintered products offer significant advantages including carbon-free composition, lower glass phase content, uniform structure, and no shrinkage cavities. The products demonstrate strong glass liquid erosion resistance, excellent high-temperature performance, superior thermal shock stability, and outstanding high-temperature creep resistance, widely used in glass furnace lattices, small furnaces, working pools, domes, forehearths and other critical components.
