GM-169 轻质耐火浇注料增强剂，具有以下优点：

通过添加复合分散剂和稀土成分，改善了浇注料的理化性能，稀土元素可促进耐火材料中化合物的形成和晶体结构的稳定，从而使材料具备更好的耐高温性能和抗侵蚀性能。此外，稀土元素在耐火材料中的添加还能增加材料的抗磨损性能，提高其使用寿命。
能均匀分散到浇注料内部，与浇注料中的水泥水化的副产物发生二次反应，生成大量的二氧化硅凝胶，生成的凝胶能堵塞浇注料内部毛细微孔，从而增加浇注料内部的密实性、耐压强度、抗折强度和耐磨性能显著增强。
能显著增强轻质耐火浇注料常温抗折、耐压强度，在同等试验条件下，添加增强剂，110℃×24h抗折强度增加3–5 MPa以上，110℃×24h耐压强度增加10 MPa以上。
能显著增强轻质耐火浇注料高温抗折、耐压强度，在同等试验条件下，添加增强剂，（1400℃以上）×3h抗折强度增加8–10 MPa，（1400℃以上）×3h耐压强度增加15–20 MPa。
使用方法简单，直接加入浇注料中搅拌均匀即可使用。

GM-169 light refractory castable reinforcement agent has the following advantages:

The physical and chemical properties of castable are improved by adding composite dispersant and rare earth components. Rare earth elements can promote the formation of compounds and the stability of crystal structure in refractory materials, resulting in better high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. In addition, the addition of rare earth elements improves wear resistance and extends service life.
It can be evenly dispersed in the castable, and react with the by-products of hydration in the castable a second time to generate a large amount of silica gel. The gel blocks capillary pores in the castable, thereby increasing compactness, compressive strength, flexural strength and wear resistance.
The flexural strength and compressive strength of light refractory castable at room temperature can be significantly enhanced. Under the same test conditions, flexural strength at 110°C×24h is increased by more than 3–5 MPa, and compressive strength at 110°C×24h is increased by more than 10 MPa.
It can significantly enhance high-temperature flexural strength and compressive strength of light refractory castable. Under the same test conditions, flexural strength (above 1400°C)×3h is increased by 8–10 MPa, and compressive strength (above 1400°C)×3h is increased by 15–20 MPa.
The use method is simple: directly add into the castable and stir evenly.
