引入轻量化骨料是实现耐火材料轻量化的主要途径，因此我公司自主研发了新型复合造孔剂，使用这种造孔剂制备的聚轻莫来石微孔均化骨料，微孔直径可达到纳米级，这种骨料的运用既保证了耐火材料整体导热系数的降低，又不破坏其它各项性能。和传统的轻质莫来石骨料相比，具有强度更高（耐压强度 ≥50 MPa）、导热系数更低（1000℃ ≤0.800 W/(m·K)）、隔热性能更好等特点。

Product Features

Introducing lightweight aggregates is a key method to achieve lightweight refractory materials. We have independently developed a new type of composite pore-forming agent. The lightweight mullite microporous homogenized aggregate prepared with this agent has pore diameters in the nanometer range. It reduces the overall thermal conductivity of refractory materials without compromising other properties. Compared to traditional lightweight mullite aggregates, this aggregate features higher strength (compressive strength ≥ 50 MPa) and lower thermal conductivity (≤ 0.800 W/(m·K) at 1000°C), with superior insulation performance.
