Lightweight Silica Brick_Silica Insulating Refractory Brick_Glass Furnace Hot Blast Stove_0.6-1.2g/cm³ Six Grades_Hubei Zhongnai
Lightweight silica bricks, also known as silica insulating bricks or silica refractory bricks, are lightweight refractory materials with silica content above 89% and bulk density below 1.2g/cm³. Their refractoriness and refractoriness under load are not significantly different from ordinary silica bricks of the same composition, but due to high porosity, their compressive strength, slag resistance, and corrosion resistance are inferior to ordinary silica bricks, while thermal shock resistance is significantly improved.

Product Overview
Lightweight silica bricks, also known as silica insulating bricks or silica refractory bricks, are lightweight refractory materials with silica content above 89% and bulk density below 1.2g/cm³. Their refractoriness and refractoriness under load are not significantly different from ordinary silica bricks of the same composition, but due to high porosity, their compressive strength, slag resistance, and corrosion resistance are inferior to ordinary silica bricks, while thermal shock resistance is significantly improved.
- Bulk Density Range: 0.6~1.2g/cm³ (Complete six grades)
- Operating Temperature Range: 1200℃~1640℃
- SiO₂ Content: 89%~92%, refractoriness under load similar to ordinary silica bricks
- Porous Structure Design: Excellent thermal shock resistance
- Ultra-Low Thermal Conductivity: Grade 0.6 as low as 0.22W/(m·K)@400℃
- Primary Applications: Insulation or weight reduction where not in direct contact with molten materials
